Chef Rob Rossi survived to the #2 spot on Top Chef Canada and survived opening a new restaurant which is far from a piece of cake. (The warm carrot cake with toffee sauce is great by the way.) The menu is laden with great meat: housemade charucterie (with housemade bread), burgers (housemade buns), steaks, and the fabulous retro devils on horseback.
