Trattoria il Cortile

Most of our meals in Parma were at the Academia Barilla where we were studying pasta and other Italian ingredients but we had dinner at Il Cortile, a typical local restaurant, very reasonable in price with traditional food. We had a great asparagus flan, delicious tortelloni with eggplant and basil, risotto and tagliata (steak) with arugula and Parmigiano Reggiano.
