Massimo Bottura is a serious, thoughtful chef whose every dish tells a story of his journey to all he has accomplished to date. Seamless service, twelve intricate courses, storytelling, music, table setting, art, memorable flavours and infinite hospitality show us what it takes to be a 3 star Michelin restaurant and #5 on the Worldâ€™s 50 Best. My very favourite dish was the broken lemon tart served on fine china whose pattern was also â€˜brokenâ€™.Â I can still taste it.
