St. John Bar & Restaurant

St. John owners, Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver, opened St. John in October 1994 and started the nose to tail trend that took the food world by storm. They elevated and celebrated traditional British food and this concept has been copied many times over. Specialties always on the short daily menu include marrow bone and parsley salad, Welsh rarebit, Eccles cake and Madeleines. Lunch is a good deal and you can eat in the bar if you can’t get a reservation for dinner.
