Congee Noodle House

Nathan Fong, my unofficial Vancouver food consultant, took ten of us for a fabulous 10 course Chinese banquet to Congee Noodle House, an insider's favourite. Everything was delicious - enjoyed platters of roast suckling pig, soy chicken and barbecued pork; kabocha squash stuffed with spareribs; seafood and fish maw soup, fried king crab; Beijing duck 2 ways; beef; fish; sauteed pea shoots and so much more!
