Machneyuda

Beit Ya'akov Street 10
Jerusalem
+972 2 533 3442 This restaurant changed the dining scene in Jerusalem. Not kosher and open 7 days a week – it’s a chef driven restaurant using food from the nearby and famous Machane Yehuda Market. (The restaurant’s name is a slang version of the market’s name.) Dancing on the tables is not unusual and the food is sensational. Reserve far in advance. They now have five restaurants in Jerusalem (Mona, Yudale, Talbiye and Culinary Workshop) and have recently opened Palomar in London, UK to great reviews. Do not miss the polenta with asparagus and mushrooms!
