CRANBERRY LIME CHUTNEY
This refreshing condiment is from the late Elizabeth Harris, the manager of the Brickworks market. Great with turkey and also with chicken or lamb.
Makes 4 cups
- 2 limes, cut into about 8 pieces each
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cups cranberries
- Place limes and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Chop on/off until lime is in tiny bits.
- Add cranberries and chop until cranberries are in small pieces and combined well with sugar and lime.
