CRANBERRY LIME CHUTNEY

This refreshing condiment is from the late Elizabeth Harris, the manager of the Brickworks market. Great with turkey and also with chicken or lamb.

This refreshing condiment is from the late Elizabeth Harris, the manager of the Brickworks market. Great with turkey and also with chicken or lamb.

Makes 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 limes, cut into about 8 pieces each
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 cups cranberries

Method

  1. Place limes and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Chop on/off until lime is in tiny bits.
  2. Add cranberries and chop until cranberries are in small pieces and combined well with sugar and lime.
